Amenity passes are priced as follows for ages seven (3) and above:
1-day pass: $20.00 per person
3-day pass: $30.00 per person
7-day pass: $50.00 per person
Important Notes about seasonality:
Swimming: exclusively open Memorial Day – Labor Day, summer months only.
Boating: closes late fall (weather dependant)
All guests are required to fill out a digital Pre-arrival Form that we will send you once you book. Within this form, you must provide: your full name, contact information, form of ID, and the names and ages of all guests at least 3 days before check-in. Maximum number of guests is 8, INCLUDING infants and toddlers under 2 years old.
Guests booking with us acknowledge that the property offers direct lake access without a fence or lifeguard present. Engaging in boating or swimming activities is done at your own risk, and by booking, you agree to release us from any liability.
Indoor Areas:
This 2,100 sq. ft. home offers plenty of space for everyone! Vintage Keys features 3 cozy bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a downstairs hangout space with two queen-sized Murphy beds—perfect for extra guests. The open-concept living, kitchen, and dining area creates a warm and inviting space to gather, share meals, and make lasting memories.

Main Floor:
Step into a welcoming living space that radiates rustic antique charm, reflecting generations of family history. Slide open the doors to reveal the serene lakefront backyard, offering a peaceful retreat by the shores of East Emerald Lake.

Parking:
There is parking available for a maximum of 5 vehicles.
Policies:
No Fireworks
No smoking inside of the home,
No events, parties, or large gatherings
Must be 26 to book, no groups of young adults under 26 yrs. old.
Pets:
There is a $150 flat fee for dogs, a maximum of 2 dogs. No other pets are allowed. Must provide age and breeds as you book, must be fully house-trained, and we do not allow puppies. It must not be left unattended inside. All outdoor droppings picked up. Copies of vaccinations (rabies and distemper) must be provided for each animal or they will not be permitted.
