Key things to know before booking:

• Please have a valid government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card ready at the time of booking.
• For added security, all guests are required to complete a quick ID verification through Truvi, our trusted third-party platform.
• A damage deposit or waiver ($35) is required for every reservation to cover any accidental damage during your stay.

Here’s what you can expect in terms of fees:

• A one-time cleaning fee perstay.

• Applicable state and county taxes (3% county + 6% state = 9% total), as required in Pennsylvania.

A quick note:

• These same taxes apply whether you book directly or through platforms like Airbnb and VRBO.

• However, third-party platforms also charge additional service fees (often 8–16%+), which are not applied when you book directly with us.

Booking direct means more value—and more of your money goes toward your stay, not extra fees.

You’re required to pay 50% of the total amount upon booking. The remaining 50% balance is due 14 days prior to your check-in date.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancel 14+ days before check-in: Full refund
• Cancel 8–14 days before check-in: 50% refund
• Cancel 7 days or less before check-in: No refund

If we’re able to rebook your dates, we’ll refund you the amount recovered—up to your original payment.

All refunds are subject to a 10% admin and processing fee based on the amount paid at the time of cancellation.

Absolutely! We have amenities specifically designed for families and children, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Most of our properties have portable pack-and-plays and children’s dishware, you can find out more in each home’s respective listing descriptions.

In addition, there is a local service called Babyquip where you can rent children-specific items and they deliver them directly to the rental property and pick them up before you leave. Our past guests have loved this service.

Check-in time begins at 4:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM EST. You can easily check in using our smart lock system for a hassle-free experience. If you desire an early check-in or late checkout we will do our best to accommodate upon request.
