You’re required to pay 50% of the total amount upon booking. The remaining 50% balance is due 14 days prior to your check-in date.
To obtain a complete refund, guests must cancel their reservation at least 20 days before their check-in date. If cancellation occurs between 10 and 20 days before check-in, a 50% refund will be issued. Cancellations made less than 10 days before check-in will not be eligible for a refund.
Any cancellation refunds will be subject to a 10% processing fee deduction.
