Rules and Regulations: In order to register you with the community, all guests are required to fill out a digital Pre-arrival Form. Within this form, all guests must provide the full names and ages of those accompanying the reservation, verify ID, and contact info. The guest maximum is 8 people including visitors, infants, and children.
Only 2 cars are allowed at this unit, and all other cars must be parked in the Community Overflow Parking Lot. 4 cars max.
Policies:
No Fireworks
No smoking inside the home
No events, parties, or large gatherings
Must be 26 to book, no groups of young adults under 26 yrs. old.
Pets:
There is a $150 flat fee for dogs, a maximum of 2 dogs. No other pets are allowed. Must provide age and breeds as you book, must be fully house-trained, and we do not allow puppies. It must not be left unattended inside. All outdoor droppings picked up.
Your safety and the well-being of our home are of utmost importance. We have exterior security cameras for added security.
