Wednesday: 6pm-7:45 pm
Friday: 5pm to 7:45pm
Saturday: 11am to 6:45 pm
Sunday: 11am to 4:45pm
Monday, Tuesday & Thursday – Closed.
Amenity passes are priced as follows for ages seven (7) and above:
Daily pass: weekdays $8 per day per person
Daily pass: weekend or holiday $10 per day per person
Week pass (non-holiday): $30 per week per person
Holiday week: $50 per week per person
Community Rules:
In order to register you with the community, all guests are required to fill out a digital Pre-arrival Form that we will send you once you book. Within this form, you must provide: your full name, contact information, form of ID, and the names and ages of all guests at least 3 days before check-in. The maximum number of guests is 8 INCLUDING infants and toddlers. Any changes to your reservation must be submitted at least 2 days before check-in, and a $30 change fee may apply. Renters are required to provide their vehicle’s plate number and valid driver’s license upon entry into the community.
Indoor Comforts:
Our retreat offers four bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms for your comfort.
For family moments, our ‘Swing Room’ has a cozy swing and a coffee bar. It’s a great spot for sipping morning coffee or reading while taking in the winter scenery.
Entertainment:
Enjoy movie nights in our theater-themed movie room with an 86″ TV and ample seating. We have an array of games for family fun, including an Infinity Game Table with over 40 games built in. The garage has been transformed into an arcade and game room with Air Hockey, Ping-Pong, with both classic and modern arcade games.
Cozy Bedrooms:
Our bedrooms offer inviting spaces to rest.
The ‘Green Suite’ features a king-size bed and a private bathroom.
The ‘Boat Room’ has a full-sized bed.
The ‘Mountain Room’ has a charming bunk bed and a work desk.
The ‘Double Room’ offers two full beds.
Outdoor Pleasures:
Dining & BBQ: Our outdoor dining area is perfect for fall cookouts. Fire up the BBQ grill and enjoy a meal surrounded by the snowy trees. We provide propane.
Outdoor Firepit:
As the sun sets, gather around the firepit under charming string lights. Roast marshmallows, share stories, and soak in the peaceful evening atmosphere.
The Larsen Dam Experience:
Take a leisurely walk down the rock path to the Larsen Lake Dam. Enjoy your morning coffee on our handmade wooden swing as you listen to the soothing sounds of the waterfall. The private, serene setting makes for a truly unforgettable experience. This is not shoveled out during times of snowfall.
From the back deck of the house, you can both see and hear the sound of the waterfall, enhancing the sense of tranquility throughout your stay.

Parking: There is parking available for up to 4 vehicles during winter months.
NOTE: This home has a sloped driveway. If booking during winter months, it’s important to have a dependable snow-ready vehicle during your stay. A preferable choice would be a car equipped with both 4-wheel drive and reliable snow tires.

Primary renter must be 26 or older; no groups of young adults under 26 yrs. old
Your safety and the well-being of our home are of utmost importance. We have exterior security cameras for added security.
