Welcome to Firefly Retreat - a newly renovated mountain home in the scenic Indian Mountain Lakes Community of the Poconos. Perfect for family gatherings or friend getaways, this spacious and stylish retreat offers the perfect mix of springtime adventure and laid-back comfort to make you feel right at home. Access

Community Rules: In order to register you with the community, all guests are required to fill out a digital Pre-arrival Form that we will send you once you book. Within this form, you must provide: your full name, contact information, form of ID, and the names and ages of all guests at least 3 business days before check-in. If we don't have this information 3 business days prior to your stay there is a $75 late fee. The 10 person occupancy INCLUDES infants and children. Any changes to your reservation must be submitted at least 24 hours before check-in or a fee will apply. Renters are required to provide their vehicle's plate number and valid driver's license upon entry into the community.

Space

Bedroom/Bathroom Layout: Plenty of space for everyone with 7 queen sized beds throughout! Mid Level: Master bedroom with 1 queen sized bed, 50" Smart TV, and dedicated workspace. One full bathroom. Upper Level: 2 bedrooms with 1 queen sized bed in each room, and one full bathroom. Along with a second living room boasting a large sectional allowing you to take in beautiful sunrises and sunsets while overlooking the primary living room. Indoor Comforts: This 2,500 sq. ft. home offers everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay - no need to step outside! Climate Control: Our home keeps you comfortable year-round, with central heat and A/C on the top two floors. The lower level features ductless units in both the game room and bunk room, keeping things cool in the summer and cozy in the cooler months. For cool spring mornings or cozy evenings, the primary living room features an indoor propane fireplace, adding warmth and charm to your stay. Fully Equipped Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen is a hub of culinary delight. Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a welcoming coffee bar set the stage for delightful gatherings. Entertainment: We've ensured that your entertainment needs are met. Enjoy a 75” Smart TV in the lower level game room, a 65" in the primary living room, and a 50” Smart TV in the master bedroom. Game Room: The lower level game room is a haven of fun, featuring a 75" Smart TV, an assortment of board games, and a PS4 with controllers. As you take in the surrounding natural beauty through our glass garage door, you'll feel fully immersed in the serene atmosphere. Outdoor Delights: Hot Tub: Our 4–6 person hot tub offers the perfect escape into tranquility - unwind while surrounded by nature and soak in the fresh spring air and blooming scenery. All hot tub rules posted on the hot tub must be followed. Outdoor Fire Pit: With its comfortable seating, it creates the perfect setting for memorable moments on cool evenings. The ambiance makes you feel like you're in a storybook setting. We do not provide wood. Relaxation: Start your day with a cup of morning coffee on the deck, or through the large A-frame windows, enveloped by the lush greenery. The view will leave you feeling refreshed and invigorated.
