To make your holiday stay even more memorable, the home is decorated for the season, including a beautifully styled Christmas tree and festive accents.
A winter escape made for cozy nights, snowy adventures, and mountain memories. Just 15 minutes from Jack Frost, Big Boulder, and Split Rock, and a short drive to Camelback and Blue Mountain. After a day on the slopes, gather by the fireplaces, soak in the twinkle-lit hot tub, or enjoy laughter-filled evenings in the game room.
Early check-in and late checkout can be accommodated based on availability. Please request in advance—additional fees may apply.
Policies:
No Fireworks
No smoking inside the home
No events, parties, or large gatherings
Must be 26 to book, no groups of young adults under 26 yrs. old
Fire pit is not for guest use per the HOA rules/regulations
We gladly welcome dogs with a $150 flat fee, allowing a maximum of 2 dogs. Please provide their age and breed when booking. Dogs must be fully house-trained, and we do not permit puppies. They must not be left unattended inside, and all droppings must be promptly picked up.
Your safety and the well-being of our home are of utmost importance. We have exterior security cameras for added security.

Important: Community Amenities – Seasonal Availability
• Pool, Beach & Lake Access: Open from Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend (weather permitting).
• Tennis & Basketball Courts: open fall-spring
• All Outdoor Amenities: Closed during the off-season (typically late September through May).
Amenity Access & Pass Policy
• Your reservation includes up to 8 complimentary wristbands for community access. Wristbands are provided at check-in and allow entry to amenities such as the pool, lake, clubhouse, and tennis courts.
• Additional wristbands (maximum of 8 more) may be purchased directly from Towamensing Trails at $10 per person, per day.
• Children under 5 years old do not need a wristband.
• Pre-registration with the community is required, and each vehicle must display a community parking pass at all times during your stay.
• Community Fees (collected separately after booking):
– $25 administrative processing fee
– $5 per vehicle for gate access and parking passes
Community Registration Rules:
In order to register you with Towamensing Trails, all guests are required to complete a digital Pre-Arrival Form that we will send once your booking is confirmed.
This form must be submitted at least 3 days before check-in and must include:
• Your full name and contact information
• Complete residential address (street, city, state, and ZIP code)
• Form of ID
• Vehicle details (make, model, license plate, state)
• Names and ages of all guests
Trash Disposal
As most Pocono communities required, guests are to dispose of all trash upon checkout at the Community Compactor.
We provide a trash pick up service for an additional fee, if preferred.

Bedroom 1 (Primary Suite) – King-sized bed, Smart TV, fireplace, and private ensuite with a walk-in shower. Soft wood tones, textured bedding, and waterfall artwork create a tranquil retreat.
Bedroom 2 (Kids’ Adventure Room) – Twin-over-twin bunk bed with trundle, Smart TV, galaxy projector, and a playful camping theme complete with a teepee tent and games. A child’s dream hideaway!
Bedroom 3 – Queen-sized bed, Smart TV, and calming hues.
Bedroom 4 – King-sized bed, Smart TV, stylish accent wall, and serene woodland-inspired décor.

The bathrooms are equipped with filtered water systems to ensure a spa-like experience with every shower.
