Just 1 minute from Camelback Resort, Bear Peak is a cozy 4BR mountain retreat with stunning views, central air, fast Wi-Fi, a screened-in hot tub sunroom, and a game room with pool, Pac-Man, bar, darts, and a Smart TV. Spend fall days admiring the colorful mountain foliage, exploring nearby hiking trails, or visiting Aquatopia Indoor Waterpark. Must be 26 to book, no groups of young adults under 26 yrs. old.
We gladly welcome dogs with a $150 flat fee, allowing a maximum of 2 dogs. Please provide their age and breed when booking. Dogs must be fully house-trained, and we do not permit puppies. They must not be left unattended inside, and all droppings must be promptly picked up.
Note: This home has a sloped driveway.
Your safety and the well-being of our home are of utmost importance. We have exterior security cameras for added security.
Rules and Regulations: To register with the community, all guests must complete a digital Pre-arrival Form providing their contact information, identification, and the full names and ages of everyone included in the reservation. The maximum occupancy is 10 people, including visitors, infants, and children.
Only 2 vehicles may be parked at the unit. Up to 3 additional vehicles may use the Community Overflow Parking Lot, for a maximum of 5 vehicles total.

The community pool is now closed for the season. Other outdoor amenities remain available until the first snowfall and are closed during winter through March.

The open-concept dining area flows into a sleek, modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and custom cabinetry, making it easy to prepare meals before or after a day of Pocono adventures.

Bold colors and cozy seating make the screened-in sunroom a favorite place to unwind. Soak in the hot tub after a day at Camelback, exploring nearby hiking trails, or admiring the beautiful fall foliage—all while enjoying a comfortable indoor-outdoor setting protected from the elements.
