To make a reservation with True North Vacation Rentals, LLC, simply visit the homepage or ‘Browse Homes’ page of this website and book directly. Cleaning fees, processing fees, and taxes will apply. Guests must be 25 years or older to make a reservation.
Every guest is required to agree to respective Rental Conditions for each individual property.
Property Conditions and Liability:
We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining the cleanliness and condition of the property during your stay. Any damages or excessive cleaning required due to negligence or misconduct may result in additional charges. While staying at any True North Vacation Rentals home, guests are responsible for their own safety and should exercise caution. Please secure your personal belongings and valuables, as we are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage. We expect all guests to comply with local laws, regulations, and community guidelines. Any illegal activities or disturbances may lead to immediate eviction without a refund. Although we make reasonable efforts to rectify any issues, we are not responsible for disruptions to utilities or services beyond our control. Please also exercise caution when using amenities such as hot tubs, swimming pools, fitness centers, or recreational facilities.
We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be required to complete our independent ID verification process and undergo approval before your booking is verified.
Identity Verification, Damage Waiver & Security Deposit:
All guests are required to complete a quick ID verification through Truvi, our trusted
third-party platform as well as to purchase a Damage Protection option that best fits your needs. You will be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
Rental Payment:
Your rental payment includes the cost of your stay, cleaning fees, and any applicable service fees. Please review the specific details provided for each listing on our website / read the FAQ section of our homepage.
Cancellation and Refunds:
Cancellations made 14 or more days before check-in are eligible for a full refund. If a reservation is canceled between 8 and 14 days prior to check-in, a 50% refund will be issued. Cancellations made 7 days or less before check-in are non-refundable. If we are able to rebook your dates, we will refund the amount recovered, up to your original payment. Please note that all refunds are subject to a 10% administrative and processing fee based on the amount paid at the time of cancellation.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Check-in time is between 4:00 pm EST and Check-out is at 11:00 am EST. Enjoy the convenience of a self-check-in process using our smart lock system. We may accomodate early check in and late check-out requests if able to, subject to an additional fee.
Termination of Agreement:
We reserve the right to terminate the agreement and request immediate vacation of the property if there is a violation of these terms and conditions or any disruptive misconduct that affects the well-being of other guests or the property.
Dispute Resolution:
In the event of any disputes arising from these terms and conditions or your stay at True North Vacation Rentals, LLC, we will seek resolution through negotiation. If necessary, legal proceedings will be conducted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

In addition, a damage deposit or damage waiver ($35) is required for every reservation to provide coverage for any accidental damage during your stay.

To receive a refund, cancellations must be made at least 20 days prior to the scheduled check-in date. Cancellations made between 10 and 20 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 10 days of check-in are non-refundable.

This fee covers non-recoverable transaction costs associated with the booking and applies regardless of whether a partial payment or full balance has been paid.

Absolutely! We have amenities specifically designed for families and children, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Most of our properties have portable pack-and-plays and children’s dishware, you can find out more in each home’s respective listing descriptions.
In addition, there is a local service called Babyquip where you can rent children-specific items and they deliver them directly to the rental property and pick them up before you leave. Our past guests have loved this service.
Check-in time begins at 4:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM EST. You can easily check in using our smart lock system for a hassle-free experience. If you desire an early check-in or late checkout we will do our best to accommodate upon request.
Yes, our vacation homes are conveniently situated within the Pocono Mountain region, just minutes away from the main attractions. Upon confirming your booking, you’ll receive a unique digital guidebook filled with recommendations for local attractions, activities, and restaurants, all within driving distance of the specific property you’ve selected for your getaway.
You’re required to pay 50% of the total amount upon booking. The remaining 50% balance is due 14 days prior to your check-in date.
